you can buy the tickets

The box office opens 1 hour before the start of each concert.

Tickets are like cash. Lost tickets cannot be recreated for this reason. Therefore, please take care of your tickets and keep them in a safe place.

In general, purchased tickets can only be returned to the advance booking office where they were purchased

Our venues are all barrier-free.

A disabled toilet is available.
We offer specially bookable wheelchair and companion spaces at the concerts in the Bürgerhalle; these must be booked in advance via the Gronau Tourist Information Office. Tel. 02562 99006.

Admission usually takes place one hour before the start of the concert. Depending on the sound check, deviations may occur in exceptional cases.

There is a guarded checkroom directly in the entrance area of the Bürgerhalle where you can leave your personal
items. The cost for this is 2€.

Unfortunately, all other venues do not offer a guarded checkroom.

It is strictly forbidden to bring food and drink onto the premises. Exceptions apply to
visitors who must carry food and drinks due to illness after presenting a medical certificate
or a corresponding ID. Robert Meyer Catering offers
a gastronomic range of food and beverages.

The bringing and use of audio and video recording devices as well as photo and
film cameras is not permitted. It is prohibited to record or transmit audio or video recordings, descriptions or
concert experiences in whole or in part or to distribute them in any other way
via the Internet or other media or to make them accessible to other persons
or to distribute them commercially.
Please send your press accreditations to info@kb-gronau.de at least one week before the Jazzfest.

No, there is an absolute smoking ban inside the venues.
