Tickets are like cash. Lost tickets cannot be recreated for this reason. Give
so please take care of your tickets and keep them in a safe place.

Generally, purchased tickets can only be returned to the advance booking office where they were

Our venues (Bürgerhalle, Cinetech) are designed to be barrier-free.

A WC suitable for the disabled is available.
We offer special bookable wheelchair and accompanying person seats at the concerts in the Bürgerhalle, these must be booked in advance via the Touristinfo Gronau. Tel. 02562 99006.

Directions and parking

Admission is usually one hour before the start of the concert. Depending on the sound check, it can be in

Directly in the entrance area of the Civic Hall there is a guarded checkroom where you can leave your personal

Unfortunately, guarded checkroom is not offered in all other venues.

a gastronomic offer of food and beverages.

Bringing and using audio and video recording devices as well as photographic and
Film cameras is not allowed. It is prohibited to make audio or visual recordings, descriptions or
Record, transmit, or otherwise communicate concert experiences in whole or in detail

Please send your press accreditations to info@kb-gronau.de at least one week before the Jazzfest.

No, there is an absolute ban on smoking inside the venues.
An outdoor catering area is available at the civic hall.
